Usage:
This shortcode return a list of all the Infusionsoft tags assigned to the current subscriber. This shortcode is intented as a tool and doesn’t make much sense on a publicly visible page.
This shortcode does NOT supports conditional branching with [ELSE_user_all_tags].
Shortcode nesting is NOT supported.
