Keap is sunsetting the legacy API key authentication by October 31st, 2024 and they have initiated brownouts.
A brownout is an intentionally forced interruption of API connectivity if you are still using the legacy API key.
Please upgrade iMember360 to the latest version and replace your legacy API key with a Service Account Key to avoid service interruptions!
If you are using OAuth2 authentication in iMember360, you’re not affected by these brownouts or the sunsetting of the legacy API key in general. However, the legacy API key is used as a fallback authentication method. Even if you use OAuth2, please upgrade to the latest version of iMember360 and replace the legacy API key with a Service Account Key.
If you don’t see an update notification for iMember360, please go to the plugins listing in your WordPress dashboard and click “Update now” next to iMember360.
