- Set the relevant membership tag
- Send HTTP request to the membership with i4w_genpass and the contact ID
- Send the member a welcome email with the membership site login details
Immediate Access Suspension On Payment Failure
On a payment failure you can trigger a campaign sequence with the necessary actions to suspend access for the member.
- Remove the relevant membership tag
- Set the relevant membership PAYF tag (payment failure tag)
- Send the member a notification email to the member to let them know there is a payment problem
Immediate Access Resumption On Payment Success
On a payment success you can trigger a campaign sequence with the necessary actions to resume access for a member that has has accessed suspended.
- Remove the relevant membership PAYF tag (payment failure tag)
- Set the relevant membership tag
- Send the member a notification email to the member to let them know the payment problem has been fixed
Immediate Access Adjustment On Upgrade Or Downgrade
On a upgrade or downgrade you can trigger a campaign sequence with the necessary actions to change access for a member.
- Remove the old membership tag
- Set the new membership tag
- Send the member a notification email to the member to confirm their membership level has been changed
Drip Fed Content
iMember360 allows you set a delivery schedule for your content. You can choose a delivery schedule in days, weeks or months for each protected post or page such that content is not visible until the appointed day. The schedule is specified relative to the day the member registers.
Member Tracking – Event Activation
You can have the member’s visit to a page trigger either an action set or the addition of a tag. In this way you can track the member’s behavior on the website and hence assess better understanding their interests and preferences. This can inform your future marketing efforts.
