How to Add a LeadPages Popup "Sign Up" to Your Navigation

Here is a picture of the website prior to installing the custom link that calls an integrated form from a campaign using LeadPages.

We are using LeadPages LeadBox feature in this implementation to make the "Sign Up" a beautiful pop up, that completely integrates with our Infusionsoft app.  Also when the visor opts in, then are logged into our membership site automatically.

You can see the "Sign Up" button is now added to the navigation bar.  What might not be so obvious is that suing iMember360, we can control the visibility of the menu item so it doesn't show to those already opted into our list.

This is our form deployed after clicking the "Sign Up" button.  Of course you can make your form look almost any way you want, and collect as much or little information as you like.  Also the forms are responsive.
