ResponseFLOW Inc., the Florida based software firm responsible for development of the #1 Infusionsoft Membership Plugin, iMember360 formally announced last week that Carl Chapman Sr. of Atlanta Georgia has been chosen to head up the marketing effort for their premier membership site software.

Carl ChapmanCarl is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy Class of 1980, the first class with women. Carl earned a degree in General Engineering and although a medical condition kept him from being commissioned upon graduation, he has been a life long Navy fan, much of the time to the chagrin of Bob Keen.

Father of a son, Carl Jr. (Chase), and daughter, Anna, Carl has been married to his wife Julie for 31 years and they live in Johns Creek Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta. Carl and Julie love dogs and they currently have 3 rescues, two of which are Rottweilers. They are infamous in the Johns Creek area for their morning walks with the Rotties along Bozley, Heidi, and SamsonStates Bridge Rd, where many of the elementary school kids and highschoolers recognize them and some even pet the dogs as they walk to school.

During his career, Carl has always embraced technology and built a company that provided one of the leading POS solutions to Domino's Pizza and Little Caesars Pizza companies, starting way back in 1990. His software/hardware platform is still in use at Little Caesars with an installed footprint of almost 300 stores.

During the Dot Bomb era, Carl's company had to shutter the doors when funding was no longer available. That led him to move back down South from the DC area, and not long after that, Carl was building websites and consulting with business owners on how to leverage the web for business growth. In 2009 Carl partnered with one of his consulting clients to build and online information business that provides coaching and training to job seekers. During the early days of the company, they chose to use Infusionsoft as the CRM to power the business. The poor integration of WishList Member with Infusionsoft led to a search for a better product. In late 2009, Carl chose iMember360 (then called InfusionWP) as the plugin to build the company websites with. The rest is sort of history.

Even though Bob Keen is Army through and through, he and Carl have a close bond that spans their service connected differences. Both are passionate about providing great customer service and both know that great products and satisfied customers are the key to growth.

When Bob approached Carl to help with the marketing effort for iMember360, they both quickly agreed that the customers who purchase licenses of iMember360 are savvy marketers and can't be fooled into buying something with "marketer trickery." They have to be treated with respect and acknowledgement of their backgrounds and their goals. The key for moving forward and growing the family of iMember360 users is in education. The software is already the most powerful and fully featured membership software there is that works with Infusionsoft. More features (even though their will always be continuous development based upon user needs and input) is NOT what will drive the growth of the company. It will be the training that helps individual consultants and business owners harness their websites and integrate fully the power of iMember360 to deliver an unsurpassed experience for their own customers.

Carl said:

"Bob and I chose the title 'Customer Success Manager' because we see that as the most important way that we can market the software, by ensuring the success of our customers. We want to provide in-depth training and education so that they can explode their online and brick & mortar businesses."

If you have some topics that you would like to see addressed in the training, please let us know so we can meet your needs. The website is just getting started. It will grow over time to be a huge storehouse of tips, tricks, and best practices. Best of all it's exclusively for you, and it's FREE.
